All items can be returned 3 weeks from purchase, unless the item has been used. NursingPJs.com is known for having the best refund policy in the industry, as we gladly accept back any unused items within 3 weeks of the item arriving at your home. Credits are issued for items returned within 30 days after your purchase. All other credits will be in a Store Credit.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for refunds. If a return is approved for a Final Sale item, a store credit is issued. You may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items include but are not limited to: monogrammed, baby bedding, art work, Clearance Sale items, bras, underwear, underwear like products are non-refundable. Jewelry, formal dresses/gowns, strollers, books, skin care products. If these above items are returned, we will deduct 20% plus shipping from your total and issue you a Store Credit. Any item that is custom made is considered non-refundable and non-returnable. Custom made items tend to be jewlery with initials or birthstones, furniture, furniture with hand painted names, phrases, etc., and other applicable items. No exceptions whatsoever unless there is an error in the order.
No items will be accepted for return after 2 months of the item arriving at your home.
If you are to receive a store credit the total credit along with an exclusive coupon code for your credit will be emailed to you. You have 180 days from the time the store credit is issued to use it.

How do you return something?
2-Write your return autorization number on your invoice and include with your package.
3-Please send your items back any method you choose. Send items back securely wrapped and remember to keep the tracking numbers. We recommend you insure the items for your protection
Once we receive your items please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your refund. Please call your credit card directly to confirm the refund has been processed.
How do I exchange something?
Simply send your item back with your invoice. Be sure to include on your invoice the items you would like to exchange for. Once we receive the items back we will process your exchange within 3 business days.

We will pay for the shipping back to NursingPJs.com for all exchanges and returns. This makes it very convenient for the person you are giving a gift to who needs to return or exchange an item. Rush orders, 2day and overnight will be charged the normal UPS or DHL charges (Rush orders with shipping charges are not refundable with this promotion).

Price matches sent via email will not be honored unless the item in question is an exact match (items part number and Mfg.).
