How quickly do you ship?
All packages ship within 2-3 after order is received. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer so if you order multiple items, they may be shipping separately.
We offer ground, overnight, and 2 day shipping.
If for whatever reason a shipment is refused by the receiver, or is deemed undeliverable due to no one to accept the package, a 20% restocking fee will be applied and all costs for sending the package back to NursingPJs.com will be incurred by the original purchaser.
If for any reason a shipment is returned to us, because you have left the package at the pick up location too long, and you would still like to receive the order, you will be charged shipping.
Shipping Abroad and to Hawaii
Shipping to Hawaii is an additional charge of $19.00
Shipping to Europe is included in shipping options as "international":

NursingPJ's International Shipping Policy
We ship All International Orders by United Parcel Service. The receiver bears the responsibility of all duty taxes for International orders including Canada and Overseas.
We will ship to FPO and APOs via USPS.
Because NursingPJs does not control what different countries charge, it is the receiver's responsibility to pay all Taxes, Customs Charges and Duty Fees.

IF YOU REFUSE THE ITEMS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY THE TAX YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR OUR SHIPPING CHARGES, THE CUSTOM CHARGES AND THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed before it's shipped out, although we usually ship out within one week for in-stock items. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Shipping charges for some packages are based on the weight of the package. The price you are given when placing an online order is an estimate and it is sometimes necessary for us to adjust the price on your credit card. Return Policy
We're happy to exchange or provide a credit purchase if your merchandise is returned and received within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please e-mail us info@nursingpjs.com for a return authorization number. You must write this number on the outside of the box in order for your return to be accepted. After 30 days, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds/credits for shipping/handling charges.
NursingPJs.com asks that merchandise be returned in its original condition meaning that the merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging and that you include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with your reason for return.
Items returned without a return authorization number, past 30 days, or not in original condition will be returned to customer at customer's expense.
We are not responsible for shrinkage or bleeding as a result of washing your item(s).
The following items are not returnable/exchangeable under any circumstances: lingerie, panties, bras, nighties, swim suits and bath products.
Shipping charges incurred for exchanges will be billed to customer who placed the original order unless otherwise specified. Credits to credit cards take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received.
